All breath test collection kits are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If the return is due to an error on behalf of Neurovanna, the restock fee will be waived.
Any item not in its orginal condition, is damaged or has missing parts (including the unused shipping return label/ envelope) will be subject to a $49.99 return fee.
Tests are not eligible to be retuned 60 days after shipping date.
There are no returns for international sales.
Test specimens are immediately processed upon recieving at our laboratory.
Test results and custom interpretations are made available to ordering clinician 2-5 days upon recieving.
Patients can contact their ordering clinician for test results and to schedule a follow up appointment.
